I started with the miso soup and some hot tea. The soup was piping hot with scallions, mushrooms and some tofu. I'm not a huge fan of miso soup but it had a good flavor. For my entree I got the spicy tofu and mixed vegetables. It was actually spicy! Had broccoli, snow peas, mini corn, carrots, white mushrooms, bok Choy with triangles of tofu. Also served piping hot with a dome of perfectly cooked white rice. My dad wanted to order the chicken or beef satay but they were out of both, which is a little weird. So he got crab ragoons and chicken wings. My mom got sweet and sour chicken. Good sized portions. Lovely interior, plenty of parking and clean bathroom. I honestly didn't pay attention to the prices as I was being treated, but my food was very good. Service was prompt but not intrusive.

This was my second time eating at Plum Blossom and, still, I think the dining experience fails to live up to the hype. While the woodwork and design of the interior of the building is, indeed, unique and beautiful, the service and food quality leave something to be desired.
Today I tried the Singapore Street Noodles- they smelled wonderful, but were quite dry and didn't have enough meat or vegetables. I was unimpressed. Service also took far too long - we were without water for over 30mins mid meal. While I will likely return to Plum Blossom because it is clean and convenient to my home, it is not a restaurant I would recommend to a friend. -

What a great Chinese food experience just outside of Troy New York.
The atmosphere is beautiful classic Chinese restaurant. Wood cuts and art and the style of the restaurant bring me back to my favorites growing up.
The service was fantastic. Super attentive but not pushy or annoying, our server brought out hot oil without me having to ask. He guessed our soup choices. Just stellar.
The food was fresh tasting and delicious. I had Kung Pao Shrimp with rice and hot and sour soup. Jordan had chicken lo mein. We were there for lunch and were served lunch portions. We also had fried pork dumplings. So good.
Prices are reasonable. Our lunch for two with dumplings was about $25. I expect my daughter will be getting take out since it is so close to campus. I hope to get back there as well. -

Terrible service. We gave him 2 cards but he only returned with 1, and even didn't say sry.

Great dining experience! The interior decor is beautiful and the servers are attentive. I particularly enjoyed their pickled vegetables, won ton soup and vegetarian dishes. Parking is usually fine and it's conveniently located on Hoosick Street.
